Building the evidence: Older adults

Regular dance activity can help maintain cognitive function, reduce cardiovascular risk and reduce the risk of falls. Regular dance sessions can provide a way for older people to be active, have fun and also engage socially with others; critical to maintaining mental wellbeing in older people.
